Report with Count of Cards Assigned to Member

Is it possible to create a report with the count of cards in a certain list assigned to each member on the board?

Example: I want a report of all cards assigned to Matt, Trey, Blake, and Sheree in the list "Completed Tasks" emailed to me every day at 6:00 PM.

It might look something like this:

Completed Tasks 01/01/2020

Matt - 5 Tasks

* Card 1

* Card 2

* Card 3

* Card 4

* Card 5

Trey - 1 Task

* Card 1

Blake - 3 Tasks

* Card 1

* Card 2

* Card 3

Sheree - 4 Tasks

* Card 1

* Card 2

* Card 3

* Card 4

The only thing I don't think you'll be able to do is get the count next to the list name.
