Hi,
I am new here and starting to use Trello for a weekly shift check list.
On a weekly planner board I´ve created cards (each card name is one of the week days- Monday/Tuesday....).
Each day has morning check list, afternoon check list and evening check list.
And each of those check lists are repeating every day.
So my idea was that every Sunday, all the check lists that are done(everything is check on them)- move to my Done card, and after that new check list (morning, afternoon, evening check list) is added to the each card (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday/...)
Can you please help me what rules should I crate to make this work? :)
Thank you!
Ivana

Setting up automated rules in Trello to manage repeating checklists and moving completed tasks can streamline your workflow significantly. To achieve the setup you're describing, you'll want to use Trello's Automation (Butler) feature, which automates tasks based on triggers and actions you define.
Please note that depending on your Trello subscription level (free, Business Class, etc.), there might be limits to how many commands or the complexity of the automation you can create.
First, ensure you have a card titled "Done" or something similar where you'll move your completed checklists.
You'll need to create rules in Butler for each part of the process: marking checklists as done, moving them, and creating new checklists for each day. Here's how you can start:
Unfortunately, Butler doesn't directly support moving checklists. Instead, you can automate marking items as done and then move the card based on checklist completion status. However, since you want to keep the cards for each day of the week, we'll adjust the strategy: You'll archive the completed checklist and add a new one instead.
This example is for adding checklists to the Monday card:
