Repeat biweekly

I'm trying to add biweekly repeating cards but it always picks the next weekday to start on... say I want to start a week from this Wed, how do I pick that as the first repeat?

@Matthew McClintock in Butler you would do something like:

Every 2 weeks starting 12 December 2018 create card "My Repeat" in list "ToDo"

No, it can't be done with card repeater. In another thread, Atlassian actually recommended using Zapier. That was two years ago and they haven't 'fixed' this yet.
