Removing Financial Guest from Boards

If you invite a guest to more than one board you have to pay for a full user annual fee, no option for a per month fee.

Once the project is finished (after a few months) you remove the guest user that you paid a full year for off the boards. So you've lost the rest of the years value.

If you want to add another user to another board they want to charge another full year license fee.

Is this the actual case or am I doing something wrong?

Seems an expensive licencing model.
