Reminders on Trello Calendar to Google Calendar

Hello team,

I wonder if the reminders I set on trello calendar will sync with google calendar.
It is important for me and my team.

Do they need to do it from their end on google calendar or if I set a reminder on trello it will remind everyone in the team on their google calendar too.
