Good afternoon I can’t register, I always get a window about support for Ukraine, I purchased the laptop in Russia, but I’m in Tajikistan, the accounts are all with a Tajik number, the Internet provider is also Tajik. What should I do ?

It's likely that your account has been flagged as belonging to a Russian or Belorussian organisation that supports the illegal invasion of Ukraine (not necessarily their fault - Putin mandated a law that forces all Russian organisations to say they support it, whether they do or not).
You'll need to talk to Atlassian support, to get your account un-flagged - try https://support.atlassian.com/contact or, sometimes quicker for Trello only users, https://trello.com/contact#/ Make sure to select the options that raise a support call, rather than the ones that take you back here or to documentation.
