I am moving from Monday.com to Trello. Monday offers a way to download all my boards from their site. Is there a way to upload all my existing boards into Trello?
Hi @Gail Kruger ,
Consider trying an automated tool for data migration: https://project-management.relokia.com/
You can test it with a free Demo Migration.
@Gail Kruger In addition to the suggestions you've already got from @Mutya A, you should be aware of the functionality you tend to see with automation tools.
With Zapier or the native monday integration with Trello, you'll have to create "recipes" with "if this, then that" logic. So "if" a specific task (filtered by fields) exists in your monday board, sync it to Trello.
You'll need to do that for all the possible iterations you might have. If your monday.com boards aren't too dense, that shouldn't be a problem.
But if you're talking about migrating hundreds or thousands of tasks, there are easier alternatives for migrating your data into Trello (or Jira for that matter).
Unito's Board Sync Power-Up could be a better option if you want your teams to continue working in monday while the migration is underway and if you prefer a simpler flow-building process. By default, all flows in Unito will sync all your tasks from one monday board to one Trello board. Any connected boards also come with 2-way sync by default, so changes to tasks in either tool can update the other (which can be done with automation recipes, but it's a headache if you're new to setting logic).
So you don't need to re-create the same sequences of triggers and actions as you would in Zapier or the native integration.

Hi Gail, welcome to the Trello Community!
We do not have a built-in integration with monday.com, but there are also a few Power Ups that can help with importing data into Trello - https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=import
Also here are a couple of tools that might help you with that:
Just keep in mind that since these are 3rd-party tools, any questions you might have about their features should be raised to their own support team.
I hope this helps, but let us know if you have any questions!
