Production forecast template

Hi,

has anyone ever made a template to follow production and production forecasts?

On an excel the tool works with top line having the weeks and months and the first vertical column has the products to produce.

Trello would help to visualize the whole production + every card could have deeper insides with a checking list about the status of production.

Has anyone found a similar template somewhere?
