Problem when upgraded to Premium

Hello. Each member of my team had created their workspace when we were using the free version of Trello. We all tried the premium and loved it. One of our colleagues noticed to upgrade all 9 members to the premium we signed up for when it came upon us. Unfortunately, it is still saying some of the workspaces are free. How can I get these workspaces upgraded to the premium we have paid for??

Subscriptions in Trello are per-workspace, so it's likely you have premium on one workspace.


Thank you, Felix. If we paid for 9 members, is it that those nine members have the premium features in that workspace alone? 

Is there an easy way we can migrate our workspaces to just the one premium account? Or do all the workspaces need to be premium for us to easily transfer and not lose information already in the workspace?


Very new to Trello so appreciate the guidance!

Yes, any boards in the premium workspace will have premium features enabled.

You can move boards from other workspaces to the premium workspace - you won't lose information. You can do that by clicking the workspace name in the board header -> "Change workspace".

So when I paid for the nine members for premium - that is just to that one workspace, yes? Or can that premium be applied to the individuals workspace with their premium membership?

Sorry - one last question - can you change which workspace has the premium subscription? Or would you need to cancel that membership and add it to the one you want to have the premium features?

You'd need to cancel the existing subscription and subscribe on the workspace you want to have premium on.
