Problem linking to gmail with Trello for Gmail extension

I use the Trello for Gmail extension and create Trello cards from Gmails. I love the feature that creates a link in the Trello card that will reopen Gmail and the email used to create the card when clicked.

Since Gmail's last update, however, when I click on a link in a Trello card, it opens my Gmail inbox, not the email from which the card was generated.

Is this a glitch, something getting worked on, or something I can fix?

Hmm, would you mind reaching out to us at trello.com/contact so we can take a closer look?

Thanks so much John!

This is fixed now -- may just have been a case of rebooting and refreshing a couple of times.

Hi John,

I know it's years later but I want my cards to link back to the original email in Gmail, as well.

It's never worked for me  and I thought I would be making an enhancement request for it until I saw your question.

Can you let know what you are doing and how you make it work?

I would so appreciate it! Thanks...
