When I open a card and try to print - trello is locking up on me. Nothing happens it completely locks up and then I have to use task manager to shut down the program and restart.
Any suggestions

Which Trello client are you using? (Trello itself is not locking up here, as it's a service running on another machine. It is the client that you are having a problem with, even if it's just a browser)
yes it is my browser client. It happens on both of my computers I have in my shop.
also when I open task manager it has (9) next to trello. Does this mean there are 9 versions running??

Your task manager will not be listing browser sessions as Trello. Can you tell us what that client is?

OK - not sure what "client" means.
I have trello installed as a software application on my computer - this client is what locks up on me when I try to print a card. When it locks up I have to open task manager and close down trello
I opened a browser and logged into trello and did the same process as before of printing a card and it worked - like my desktop client of trello used to.
2.14.2 - 632 is under About Trello under settings.

I have the exact same problem. Trello Desktop app does not print cards. After launching a print, trello is not responding and I have to close it. When I use Trello within a web Browser, the printing works.
I have tried:
still the same issue occurs.
It happens wheter it is with a physiccal printer, an adobe PDF printer or Microsoft to pdf printer. This is not a driver issue.
One hint maybe: the preview of the printing is displayed previoulsy a successfull printing, whereas it is not showing when trying with the desktop app.
Thank you for getting back with a diagnosis/fix; this thread has been unanswered since a week and an half and needs a solution.
