Hi, I am the training director of our company.  We have been using Trello to track our training and it has been great.  I was wondering if someone can help me put together a complete price for our current usage of Trello.

We will need at least two workspaces, two admin, eight multi-board users (trainer who does cross training), and roughly 20-25 single board users (single area trainer).  The main function is to use the checklist for immediate update on team members' training.  The trainers will need access to see the board assigned to them and check off the list.

From my research, I think only ten members are billable, right?

Is there a set-up fee? Any other cost that I didn't consider?

Thanks for your help.

Julia

Sounds like your calculations are correct. Only thing that is a bit unclear is why you need two workspaces, and if the 10 paid members are in both or not... If they are in both, the you need to pay for them twice.

Other important thing is that the single-user members on the board and not workspace members (they are only free if registered as guests

In any case the best way to get complete and accurate overview is to simulate the upgrade without pressing the pay button... Trello's own summary tell it quite clear what cost will be.

I've made this 10 min video on how the new rules work via various examples: https://youtu.be/rqmCHU_QxY8 (Your scenario is similar to Example 3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqmCHU_QxY8&t=387s)
