HI,
I want to know if the price is per person (members and billable guests) or its just form the owner of the main account, I have boards with more than 10 people and im worry about the new policy that its going to by apply
In one workspace I have 15 persons including me, and in a second one I have 14, with a posible increment in the future.
Can you explain me how the pricing works,
Thanks
Disclaimer: As I understand it by example (hopefully someone will help confirm)
Scenario for the explanation (a bit complicated but done to cover most scenarios):
You have 2 workspaces with 6 boards each (12 boards in total) and you have 15 users on workspace 1 and 20 users on workspace 2 (among them 12 are overlap users). On workspace 1 3 of the users are only on 1 of the 6 boards (and are not in workspace 2). The rest are on 2 or more boards. In workspace 2 everyone is on multiple boards
As you pay on a per workspace level so if you choose the 5 USD/Month Plan (Standard Annually) you would be paying the following if you just added a credit card to pay for both workspaces:
Workspace 1: You would Pay for 12 of the 15 users (last 3 are free due to the single board guest rules) = 12*5 USD / Month >> 60 USD / Month
Workspace 2: You would Pay for all 20 users (as the are all on more than 1 board) = 20*5 USD / Month >> 100 USD / Month
So in the raw scenario without any change other than beginning to pay you pay 160 USD / Month
There is, however, a lot to save as the scenario has 12 overlapping users (that you essentially pay twice for). If you move all 12 boards in the scenario to a single workspace there is significant money to save (and all 12 boards can fit on a single workspace in the paid plan 😉)... [How to move boards to a single workspace: https://youtu.be/XKYLfUJN86U]
The example Price if you moved all boards to a single workspace and paid for that:
You now have 12 boards and 20 users in total (12 overlapped) where 3 are still single users guest so you pay 20*5 USD / Month = 100 USD / Month for everything if merged instead of 160 USD

Note: Again this is my interpretation; I would love for others to confirm that the above is indeed correct
