Prevent card from being moved without an update

Im using Trello in kanban format that has columns that represent states (e.g., Backlog, Blocked, In Progress, Submitted for approval, and Done). I want to create a rule that if someone tries to move a card to another state (column), they must provide an update. This way, it forces the user to provide some type of update for every move. Ive set this up in Jira before and I hope Trello has this functionality.
