hi! question:

if I pay for premium plan, will it be applied to ALL workspaces or is it billed by workspace? like, 10USD per workspace ou 10USD for user but applied in all workspaces.

thanks!

Hi @Sara Carneiro ! Welcome to the community 😊 Trello's plans are applied at the workspace level. So if you are the only member in your workspace, you'll be charged $10 p/mo. If you have two workspaces and you'd like to use premium features in both, you would be charged $20 p/mo. If you add members to your workspace, you'll be charged an additional $10 per user. So if you have 2x users in both workspaces, your total will come to $40 p/mo (doesn't matter if they're the same user).

Typically, you would have a Trello workspace for your whole company. From there, you can organise your boards within your workspace into collections. For example, a collection for each department within your company. A use case for multiple workspaces could be if you work across multiple companies.

Hope that clears things up!
