Premium Workspace and Guests

Hello,

I need information about something and I would like to ask here.

I have one project. I assume that I have one premium workspace for it and there is a single dashboard in it.

1-) Can I add people who will be involved in my project (designer, blogger, etc.) as guests on a single board? A single board.

2-) Is there a limit to the number of guests I will include?

3-) Do I have to pay an extra fee for these guests? They will be on a single board.

4-) Can these guests use the board (opening cards, entering dates, etc.)?

1. Guests can be added to any board and so long as they are on just 1 board in the workspace they are free
2. There is no limit to single board guests (shhhhh, don't give Atlassian ideas 😂)
3. Single board guests are entirely free
4. Single board guests have full rights on the board so they can create, edit cards etc...

How do you add a guest? The only option I have is to add a paid Member.

I have a user that only has access to one board and I don't want them to be able to create cards – only comment on, download from or upload to the cards — how do I change them from a member to a guest?

We have the Premium membership.

They are a workspace guest because they are a member of only 1 board.

That is separate to what you are trying to do.

You want to set their user level to Observer...

I want them to be a guest of only one board. With the abilities that your website describes as a guest (see, post content to, comment on, and download from cards on one board only.

The challenge is that I don't have the option to add a guest.

The only option I have is to add the user as a paid member.

It's not my website, I don't work for Atlassian.

If you are being told that you have to add them as a paid member, you are either adding them at the workspace member level, not board or they are already a member of another board, which will mean adding to the board will turn them into a chargeable multi-board guest.
