Power-ups for custom recurring task notifications

Yara Farhat June 21, 2022

Hello, I am working with my team on streamlining the onboarding process and I need to automate these notifications.

Trello Notifications or other apps like tasks or google calendar, but preferably Trello:

New Office Notifications: From Day one of sign-up (Based on a created card or event)

  • Day 3 team member Call Office

  • Day 7 team member Call Office

  • Day 14 team member Call Office

  • Day 30 team member Call Office

  • Day 90 team member Call Office

  • Day 180 team member Call Office

  • Day 365 team member Call Office

Data Conversion Notifications:

After Conversion:(based on a card on the board)

  • Day 1 - 7 Call office each day (assigned to conversion team member)

  • Day 1 Call Office

  • Day 3 Call Office

  • Day 7 Call Office

Would using the card repeater be enough?

I am still learning to use power-ups and integrations so I need some help. Thank you

I was able to create a rule that creates new cards in a list for these follow-ups.

Is there a way to link the cards that are for the same customer?

when the "Account Created" item is checked in a checklist named "Onboarding Checklist" in a card in list "List Name", create a new card with title "call office" and description "{cardname} {carddescription} {cardcheckliststate}" in list "Testing integrations" on board "New Offices", and set due in 3 days, create a new card with title "call office day 7" and description "{cardname} {carddescription} {cardcheckliststate}" in list "Testing integrations" on board "New Offices", and set due in 7 days, and create a new card with title "call office 14 days" and description "{cardname} {carddescription} {cardcheckliststate}" in list "Testing integrations" on board "New Offices" and add member @Member to the card, and set due in 14 days

Thank you
