I have just been charged for all the power apps in an inactive account that I deleted half a year ago. Not informing your users that they need to personally contact every power app provider before they close the account is irresponsible and highly disappointing. The company now refuses to refund us. This is not okay, and I'm pretty sure you guys can find a better way to resolve it. Suggestions?
@Keren de Via i don't work for trello and this community is mostly moderated by users like myself, so I can't speak for Trello, but i will say that most of the Power-Ups are created by third party developers, so Trello can't cancel your accounts for them
