I wonder if I can mix standard and premium licenses in one company but we still work on the same project?

The level of licence you have applies to the workspace, not people.   If you're working on the same project, in the same workspace, your people are all consuming either free, standard or premium licences for it.

Ok, then I understand how that part works.

But if my company chooses premium, it is possible to mix monthly premium licenses with annual premium licenses?

And my last question :), is the CRM toll available in the premium version?

Licences are bought for workspaces, so yes, you can buy annually for one workspace and monthly for another.  (Obviously not in the same workspace, no point paying twice)
