Photo/Video Upload Suddenly Stops Working on Ipad (iOS)

Hi,

The add attachment function for Photo or Video suddenly stops working on my iPad.

Instead of popping up a window for me to choose the photo that i wish to upload, there's this tiny popup that i dont know what " O...ns ". When i clicked that, it shows " ...." but nothing happens.

Uploading images on desktop has no issue.

How do i solve this?

I have tried relogin, reinstalling. Nothing works.
