I am trying to add the Trello add-in in Microsoft 365 for desktop. I can select the add-in, but I am directed to finish by selecting my online account. When I follow the link, it simply brings me to my Outlook.com mail account. Any advicee?

Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear you're having issues setting this up, I would recommend raising a ticket directly with Trello support as they'll be able to look into this for you in more detail.
