Our Free trial converted to a paid subscription, how do we cancel and refund the charge?

2023 2nd of March , appied a free trial and after a month , got the bill from creditcard company charging $3,560.

 

Could you please cancle the rest of months that I did not use yet ? 

 

Due to my poor English skill , did not read all the polocy just checkec the plan , $17.50 which I thought that is I need to pay every month. 

 

please help this case out!

I see you were able to submit a support request to have your billing issue addressed. I would ask you to continue to work with that team to resolve this issue as they're already looking into the matter.
