One of my boards won’t sync

I have a basic Trello board that my wife & I use for shopping lists, packing lists etc.

I also had a separate board which I shared with a bunch of neighbours & gave access to about 17 people. 

I recently fell foul of the 10 person limit so I went to the board where I gave people access & deleted most of them. 

The features should now work, but the shopping list board won’t work. 

I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app, tried hard refreshes, logged out & in, selected “clear cache on launch”.

Whatever I do, I can’t get it to sync to the changes my wife has made to it. I’m pretty sure the syncs stopped as a result of too many guests on the other board, as I was getting notifications about it. The notifications have stopped, but the functionality hasn’t returned.

@Colin Scott what's the sync functionality you're looking for here? Are you saying your board that just your wife and you use is not refreshing when your wife adds something to the board or your add something to the board? 

Or are you trying to sync content from that board to the board that you shared with other people?

The first one. 

When I look at my wife’s phone she has a full week’s shopping on the list, but even when I select the sub menu & press “sync” it’s still displaying it how it looked a week ago.

@Colin Scott is it just not syncing in the mobile app? If you go to the board on your browser / desktop app, are the new cards there? Either way sounds like a bug, so you might need to reach out to support https://trello.com/contact

It’s the same on a browser, so it’s an account issue rather than an app issue.

@Colin Scott seems weird that she would be able to add cards, the board updates on her end, but you can't view the updated changes. I can't think of what would be causing this, so you might need to reach out to support https://trello.com/contact
