One of my board members cannot see the card numbers even though the power up is enabled!

I have 12 board members 11 can see the card numbers using the Card Numbers by Reenhanced power up but one user cannot see the card number even though they have the power up activated and all other set up seems to be identical.

Card Numbers is a Power-up developed by a third-party team, so I'd recommend reaching out to them directly here. You can see their contact details under "Contact Support" here: https://trello.com/power-ups/59c3d177178a761767b49278/card-numbers-by-reenhanced. It may be related to some settings within the Power-up, so they should be able to help you out here.
