Hi @Kelly Dunlap ! Welcome to the community! If the boss only needs to be notified when a card is completed, you can set up a custom notification using Butler automation. You could create a basic rule that says something along the lines of: "when a card is moved to the "Done" list, email boss@email.com with message "xxxx". You can customize what the message says, and pull in card information like the card name, card link, assignee, the user who completed the card, etc. using variables.
