Notifications have stopped. From what I've read in the community this has something to do with my email having been tagged. Can someone tell me who to contact to get this corrected?
Not sure if this is related, but when I open Trello, the notification icon does not show any items needing attention.
@Dreamsuite Mike and @Michel Neeser , thank you both. I think I solved the mystery. Your suggestions helped. As I continued through setting up tasks and due dates, I realized I was not setting a time to be reminded. (insert facepalm here) I'm not sure how I initially knew to do this and I don't remember when I stopped doing it. All is well.
Thank you...
Hi @L_ Denise Churchill and welcome!
By "Notifications have stopped", you mean you don't get emails anymore? Are you sure you should have gotten a notification (just asking because your notification icon does not show anything)? And did you check your spam folder, your email rules and your email logs, if possible?
I had this issue once with Jira notifications. It turned out that my mail server bounced once and as a consequence, my address got blocked on the Atlassian servers. Contacting support via https://trello.com/contact#/ should resolve the problem.
Hope this helps.

@Michel Neeser , thank you for the questions.
It has been several weeks since I've gotten a notification via email regarding tasks being due or nearly due. When I looked to see what I'd done to create this problem, I noticed no number by the notification (bell) icon. But on individual boards, tasks, and cards I have several items for which I should have received notification and thus an email.
I have checked all the possible locations for the emails. I have not changed my email preferences or rules.

Who is your mail provider? I have had Trello notifications blocked before on Microsoft because their spam filter, if you have admin access to the mail server, you can check what is in quarantine
Another option to break the reliance on email for reminders is to enable desktop notifications

I've had my tech guy look and no emails are sitting out there not being delivered.
how do i enable desktop notifications? The boards are set to watching. I have multiple items that should have triggered the bell notification and there's nothing.
How do I determine if I've done something to sabotage my notifications?

@L_ Denise Churchill Do you have a separate email address, preferably from another provider, which you can set temporarily in your Atlassian/Trello account? This may help with isolating the problem.
