Not finding a board in the dropdown list when trying to copy a card to another board

Hi everybody,

I got a question:

When moving a card to a certain list on one board I would like to make a copy of this card and move it to another board (and link them together).

My problem is:

In the dropdown menu where to choose the board to be moved to I can not find the respective board even though it's in the same workspace.

However, other boards are shown, also from other workspaces, but not the one I am looking for.

Any ideas where the problem - and solution ! - lies?

Thanks so much in advance

Beate

Hi @Beate Freuding ! Welcome to the community 😊 are you able to check you are a member of the board? As a workspace member, you can view all workspace visable boards, but in order to make changes to a board, you need to actively join it. You can check this by seeing if you're a member at the top of the board (if not, you should see the option to join), or just simply seeing if you're able to manually create a card on this board.

Thanks for your answer.

Yes, I was a member of the workspace. Still it did not work.

Our workaround was to just type in the name of the board manually.

So, problem solved.
