Hello! I had a Trello account through an old email address. I no longer have access to that work email but was charged for Trello through that email. Is there a way I can get that old account closed and the charge reversed?

Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear you're unable to access your old account. I would advice logging a support request with Trello here, to see what they can do for you.
As a community, we can help with everything from technical, to logical to business related questions, and pool our collective knowledge to come up with better solutions. But unfortunately, Atlassian will be the only one's able to help you with this.
