I am hosting a party and want guests to use Trello to check off bucket list items that they have accomplished or want to accomplish, as well as create new items.
I have created a list of about 30 items thus far. Can I add checkboxes next to each line item with labels for "Done, Top Priority, or in Progress"? Then, results would appear on the monitor in real-time, preferably the entire list, not one line at a time.
Do guests have to be logged-in users in order to use Trello for the party?
Once I can figure this out, I will create a QR allowing access to Trello.
Hi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out!
Right now, it's not possible to add labels to checklist items. Would you mind expanding a little more on your use case here? Any additional context you can add would really help! I'll be passing your feedback on to our product team, and want to ensure we've captured your use case.
With that said, you may want to incorporate the use of Custom Fields and labels in your cards to show priority, and our Dashcards Power-Up to build your own reporting/dashboard.
Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we'll be happy to help.
All the best,
Lara
