Name of customer transfers with phone number

Hi, did 

I can call enquiries direct from Trello phone app however I still need to insert the enquirer name into contacts after calling. Is it possible that Trello can be asked transfer all details like name and email into contacts at the same time as the initial call is made?

I’ve tried texting using a customer name in the text to see if that will cause contacts to suggest a name for an as yet unnamed caller but this may happen only if they call or text back?
