My trello account seems deactivated, how can I activate and accept my manager's invitation?

I have a trello account which seems deactivated, but I didnt deactivate my account. I can not accept the invitations for dashboards. When I try to accept invitations I see an error on the page which says '' we're having trouble redirecting your access request.'' Could you please help me to solve it?
