In order to edit the boards in that Workspace, the Workspace admin will need to either upgrade the Workspace or remove collaborators so that it's no longer under the limit. Keep in mind that the limit applies to the entire Workspace, so even if the board you're using has 10 or fewer members, if there are other users in other boards in the Workspace, the Workspace can still be over the limit.
