Hi.

A few days ago my main account has been unexpectedly disabled and I don't understand why. Got no explaining e-mails, support doesn't reply.

I've been using Trello for years and I rely on it. I had to create a new account to contact you.

my banned account e-mail: sargis.saakyan@gmail.com

Please help fix it ASAP. Thank you.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Atlassian does not disable accounts without warning, so either

  • you've missed the emails (they send several before deactivating personal accounts).  Have you checked your spam filters?
  • your account has been sanctioned because it is an organisation account, not personal, and your organisation is known to support the Russian invasion of Ukraine (you should still have had an email warning though)
  • your account has been disabled in a particular system, not globally.  You will need to talk to the administrators or moderators who disabled your account access to that system.  (As an example of system-specific removal, I know of a user who spammed the Community here with AI posts that were wrong, so their account was disabled here, but they're still using their Trello because they were not being abusive there)

We, the Community, cannot see your account, nor the systems it might have access to.  You are going to need to talk to the administrators of the systems where your account has been disabled.
