I last used Trello on Friday and tried to return yesterday (Tuesday) and it has disappeared. It has now transferred over to Atlassian and I'm unable to access. Old boards are visable which I share with colleagues, but mine has disappeared.

Seems like you are logging under a different account. Can you please submit a ticket at - https://trello.com/contact - including a link to one of your boards?
With that, we can find the owner of the board and we can figure out which account you have been using.
