Moving an Upgraded Workspace to a new email account

Hi, I have several personal workspaces associated with my work email. I upgraded one from free and paid for 1 license. How do I migrate the upgraded workspace to my personal email Altassian account without paying for another license?

Rafael here from Trello Support, I hope you're doing okay!

Unfortunately, there's no workaround for that. You have to include your personal email as an admin of that Workspace - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-an-admin-to-a-workspace/

If you make this change of admins within the same day, you probably won't be charged for that second slot. In case you got billed for that second license and we can give you a refund if needed.

Please, create a ticket with our billing team on our support page - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/ for further assistance with that.
