Moving all cards in a list to another board - possible on Android, not possible on PC

On the Android app, I can move all cards in a list to a list on another board.  But when I'm on my PC, Trello limits  "Move all cards .." to lists only on the current board.  Why is this?

My workflow relies somewhat heavily on doing this and I would really like to be able to do it on PC as well.  Thank you!

* Note * I'm not wanting to move the list itself, only the cards in a list to another list on another board.

I am looking for a way to do the exact thing!

As you mentioned:

1. The android app has a 'Move All Cards' option on a list that does EXACTLY what I want it to do (lets you choose a BOARD and a LIST to move items to.)
2. The Browser Interface does NOT allow this...."Move All Cards in this List" does NOT allow you to choose another BOARD, just the lists on same BOARD

Unsure why the browser version would be limited in this way...assuming it is an oversight?
