Moving a card to trigger another action

when you move a "Card" from one list to the next, can it be moved to a different card which then auto tags and assigned person and/or triggers off a new checklist?

Hey Mindy

Butler power up can potentially help with this. Can you give me the specifics for this and I'd be happy to guide setup.

For example:

When a card is moved to list "Do this", add @username to the card and add checklist "List" to the card.

Something like that
