Move cards with 50% checklist completion to next list.

I am looking to find out how I can move cards from one list to the next once 50% of a checklist has been completed. I have approximately 21 people on my Trello, of which all of them are different "rank levels". 

I am looking to use this as a voting system with check lists. I have an automation already setup now which adds checklists to the card as it moves up the line of lists.

I know this is something quite odd, however I would love for it to work. 

It's definitely difficult to explain but the best way I can put it is: How do I move a card to the next list in line once the checklist reaches 50% votes/checks.

While there are badges that will indicate how many items are completed on card (1) there is no trigger for it (2) it is for all checklists on a card. What is probably need is your custom webhook that will watch the board for item completion and to set a trigger or move the card to the desired list. You might have to handle cases where for other changes that can after what is considered as 50%.
