The person who wants to copy the board to their workspace must also be a member of the workspace that the board currently exists on.
Then, they can use the "Copy Board" function, found in the "..." menu in the upper left hand corner. It will allow them to choose the workspace that they want to copy the board to.
Keep in mind, this board is a duplicate of the original; the original will still exist.
Automations may not come with the duplicate, but I believe everything else will.
