Thanks for checking in on this - Mirror cards are still an active part of our plans. We know it’s going to be an important part of our users’ workflows, so we want to make sure that it works flawlessly for the many use cases that our users will have. We will update you all regarding a timeframe as more progress is made, but at the moment there isn't a hard timeline set for an internal card mirroring option. In the meantime, I'd say Unito’s card sync is the most popular and full-featured alternative.

I notice that your response is almost word-for-word the same as Atlassian's response to a similar question from some two years ago (here)...

So it seems little progress has in fact been made.

You getting a cut from Unito, or something? :)

Would be great to have a clear and straightforward statement regarding the state of play on integrating card mirroring within the core functionality of Trello — albeit at one of the paid levels.

I'd love to know when my organisation might be able to start using Trello again...
