On bug report page, it has option for critical bugs with big impact, i can't report this there. Here is a screenshot:

• share your Android device model
• send us a sample photo from the screenshot in that wide dimension
• provide a few steps for us to replicate the bug or if you have any unique settings like accessibility or fonts, etc.
