Members cannot be added

I am trying to add a member as an administrator
However, it is not added as the following message appears

"member email is restricted by workspace administrators"

I have never restricted or blocked any members I would like to add

How do I add it in this case?

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Hey @배은혜 

On our Premium and Enterprise plans you can place restrictions on who can join a workspace by limiting this to only accounts linked to emails on specific domains.

I'd recommend checking your workspace settings to make sure the account you're adding isn't restricted by this setting and if so, you might need to adjust this to allow the domain their email address is on.
