Is there anyway of having a member custom field so, for example, I could have 'Manager', 'Assistant', 'Currently assigned to'. I now I can attach multiple members to a card but that doesn't necessarily tell me who is currently working on the job or who, for example, "owns" the job.
You can use Custom Fields Power-up to add a drop down of member names - that way you can have a custom field for manager and pick a name from drop down, etc. This isn't exactly the same as being able to add members to the card, such as with their profile picture and updating filtering and such but if you just need a quick way to indicate who is doing what, this should work!
You could also use Butler to create rules to add those names to the field based on certain actions.
