Marking complete/ Not having automation impact other members of a board.

We've noticed now there's job cards with the title with lines through it, apparently due to it now being marked complete with the green circle on top left of card being ticked.

Why is this feature now on the cards? 

How to remove feature? 

We don't want job card title to have lines through it. 

Can this only being down through an automation or is it only caused by manually changing it.

Second issue - how to duplicate trello so I can have my own set of automation rules/buttons without it impeding anyone else. 

I need to speak to someone at Trello please! what is a number to contact? Or can someone contact me please! thanks!

This is a new feature in Trello that just rolled out. Read about it here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/mark-a-card-as-complete/ (also include how to turn it off partially)

The strike-through part does not seem to be able to be turned off for now (already added a feature request for it)
