As a Project Manager, I need to see the advance checklist items I've assigned to the other people on my project that are not yet complete, who each task is assigned to, and it's due date (if any) so that I can follow up on outstanding tasks. Ideally I could also see which list the card that contains the incomplete item is in to make task clean up easier. Is there a way to do this?
As far as I know when an item has a due date it will be visible on the calendar view. I can recall being able to see the information without opening the cards. I think the planyway power up or blue cat report power up may have a solution.
Thanks @milynnus
You can create lists of checklist items in Blue Cat
- Quicklist here https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/create-a-quick-list-of-checklist-items/ You can also create multiple of these in a single report or create counts https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/create-a-count-or-sum-of-cards/ which you can then drill in to
- You can also get those sent to you daily/weekly https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/scheduling-email-report-sharing/ because who has time to open a report every morning right :)
We have a bunch of other examples of how to use Blue Cat Reports for PM here if you want to take a look https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/categories/project-management/
Hope that helps,
Robin
