Manage administrators Trello

Hi everybody, 

I have a stupid problem today.

I'm an administrator of a Workspace, and I'm an administrator of one of the Board in this Workspace.

I want to put another member as an Administrator too but... I cannot find the way O.O

When I'm in the board and click on his avatar in the member list, I don't have anything like : "promote administrator".

When I go in the board parameters, I don't find a "members permission" section, I can manage the global permissions on the board, but I cannot put someone as an administrator...

I'm feeling very stupid right now... What did I missed ? ><
