MOVE CARD WITH A CARD BUTTON (BUTLER) TO A BOARD YOU ARE NOT INVITED TO

I have several boards which belong to different people, I would like to create A BUTTON ON THE CARD, and when pressed the card will move to another private board to which you are not invited.

Example:
Maria has the "X" card on her "MARIA" board, I want to create a button on the "deliver" card, by pressing it MOVE card "X" from the "MARIA" board to the "CHECK" board, but Maria is not invited the "CHECK" member.

For this reason the automation does not work for me.

I would like to contact an expert in Trello IIG @ fabian.tv

Hi Axa,

Thanks for reaching out!

I'm afraid that is not possible at the moment. The user who clicks a card button or triggers a Butler rule will need to be a member of the board that is affected by the command.

This logic works the same way as if the user were to add or edit a card on the board; they need to be a member of the board they're making changes on.

Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we'll be happy to help.

All the best,

Lara
