Dear Community,
Within Roche Diagnostics we use Trello, Planyway and Everhour to plan and record all our activities.
My colleague Pedro Vidal lost all his vacations cards. He added them again. But after troubleshooting with Planyway, they requested us to go through the Activity log until find when he added the cards, and who by mistake deleted them. Problem is, the board is used by more than 60 people and we can not scroll down (and scroll down) until find the activity.
Can be exported all the activity log in a csv file or similar so we can compare and investigate what's the root cause of the problem?
Many thanks!
Not too sure how to do that, but if in this case the cards were specifically archived (instead of deleted or moved to another board etc) there is a way to still find them, and thus see the card activity specifically, without having to trudge through the entire log.
You can go to Menu > More > Archived Items, and search for those cards by name. If they were achived, at the bottom of the found card, next to Activities, Show More to see who archived it.
Hopefully someone else knows a solution if that doesn't work
We already used this option to find the archived cards.
Finally we used the @Kevin Read (From my colleagues account) to see the activity of the lost cards.
We are thinking there is some rules applied (to improve the performance) or limitation of number of cards

/boards/{boardid}/actions URL will give you all the actions, but you'll need to get a token and key for the URL.
