We often archive cards at completion of a job, but now when going to the archive folder the checklists show for half a second then disappear. We usually copy a new card from the archived files including the checklists, to save re-doing all the checklists every time, but the checklists won't copy over either.
I have cleared my browser history, and cookies etc. But this didn't help.
Using Google Chrome web browser. I also logged in using Microsoft Edge, but same issue.
Note, if I use the mobile app (IOS) to copy my cards, it copies the checklists as well. Not ideal ongoing, but shows the lists are still there, just not visible in the Desktop version. Running Windows 10 Pro (if that is any help).
Anyone else have this issue, and if so, how did you fix it?
I've also discovered the same issue today and it's causing me a big problem, as I don't have the mobile app.
I've reported the issue to the Atlassian Support and I'll comment again if the issue gets fixed

@Nicole so far we've found if you open the archived card, then refresh the screen, the checklist re-appears on the card in question. If I copy that card to my board then the checklist is now on it when it is generated. Bit of a faff but it's a good stop-gap workaround so far - Atlassian Support still working on the issue...

@lisa_baker Thanks ever so much! That works for me too. Really appreciate you keeping me updated on this one :-)

Hello @Nicole
The disappearance of checklists from archived cards on the desktop version of Trello may be a browser rendering issue.
Since the checklists appear in the mobile app, it suggests the data hasn’t been lost but is not displaying correctly on the desktop.
If the issue persists across multiple browsers, it could be a syncing or platform-specific bug.
Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ can help investigate and provide a fix or workaround.

Thanks for your time answering @Sahir Maharaj
Much appreciated :-)
When I click on the link you mentioned, the page takes me to this chat room, or to the help files (where this isn't mentioned). No-one I can actually log my enquiry with. Is it maybe because we have a free account? I choose technical issues and bugs > Trello platform (cloud). Maybe i should be selecting a different option?
I should also add, that when trying on another PC, the same issue is occurring, therefore not individual PC related or browser related.
It's only the IOS app I seem to be able to get it to work. :-(
