Link to external app without confirmation

Hi

I use Things app for my Todos. So I have a link in the description of a card like 

things:///show?id=9z65rLcRjbjNjF46orDcsZ

If I click the link I get the dialog 

If I click 'Proceed' it opens in the Things app correctly.  

The issue is this message comes up every time I click on it.  This is annoying as its now 3 clicks: one click to open the card, one click on the link and one click on this message.

Ideally I'd like to click the Cover image or Description on the closed card and be taken to Things.

I've looked in Security & Privacy in System Settings, but cant see anything to tweak. 

I'm (still) on Mac OS 10.15.7.

Anything else to try ?

That's expected behaviour for now (if you do a similar thing in Chrome it happens too).

I've let our team know you'd like to be able to dismiss the dialogue and be able to add links to card covers.

I should have been clearer : I'm using the Trello mac app, not a browser

Thanks for the clarification.

I'm afraid it still applies in this case. You may notice that the same dialogue appears when you use a Chrome browser.
